Support Cathy Miller's Case
Cathy Miller, an expert baker and faithful Christian, is being represented by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty in Civil Rights Department of California v. Tastries.
Support Becket as we defend her freedom to operate her bakery in peace.
California has been prosecuting Cathy Miller for almost a decade because she would not design a custom wedding cake to celebrate a same-sex marriage. California courts agreed that Cathy was acting out of her sincere Christian beliefs about marriage. But they ruled that the Constitution does not protect her. Cathy’s case is now on track to the United States Supreme Court. If you’d like to make a contribution to support Becket’s efforts to ensure that Cathy can continue operating her bakery in peace, please continue below.
