Phillip Allevato
Constitutional Law Fellow

Before going to law school at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Phillip received his Bachelor’s in Political Science and Master’s in Theology from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington. After college he worked in housing, residence life, and ministry at Whitworth until attending law school. At Pepperdine, he was a Dean’s Scholar, a Senior Staff Editor on Pepperdine Law Review, a member of the Order of the Barristors on Pepperdine’s Moot Court Team, an active member in the Christian Legal Society, and led the Dean’s Bible Study. He interned for Judge Allison H. Eid on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Court, and comes to Becket from clerking for Judge Joel M. Carson III also on the Tenth Circuit.
In his free time he enjoys quality time with his fiancee, Sallyanna, playing volleyball and ultimate, and poorly writing fiction.
