Jeff Gasser serves as Director of Creative at Becket, where he leads the organization’s visual storytelling and creative strategy. Jeff previously worked at Becket from 2011 to 2017, first as a Communications Associate and then as a Video Producer, helping build the organization’s communications operation and launch its video department. An award-winning filmmaker and producer, Jeff has produced, directed, and edited documentaries, short films, social videos, and branded content that bring important causes and compelling personal stories to life.
Before returning to Becket, Jeff worked in Los Angeles as an associate producer in the television industry, coordinated a two-week short film festival, and later founded his own production company, where he produced documentaries and branded content for nonprofits and businesses. His work has been featured by outlets including Fox News, The Daily Show, The Atlantic, and at film festivals around the country, including screenings on Capitol Hill.
Jeff graduated from Southern Virginia University in 2011. In his spare time, he enjoys pickleball, maintaining his Yelp Elite Squad badge, and acquiring books faster than he reads them.
Kieu Anh Nguyen Le joined the Becket team as an undergraduate intern in 2024 and as a full-time graphic design associate in 2025. She works closely with the Communications and Development teams to curate Becket’s brand and media presence.
She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a major in the Program of Liberal Studies, a concentration that draws from the Great Books Tradition, and with a minor in studio art. She wrote her thesis on Jacque Maritain’s philosophical and theological aesthetics. At Notre Dame, she was involved with the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture as a Sorin Fellow and the Maritain Center as Maritain Fellow.
In her free time, she loves to paint and read. Although her answer changes frequently, Kieu Anh’s current favorite book is Dostoevsky’s The Brothers Karamazov with Augustine’s Confessions coming in as a close second.
Caroline joined Becket in 2024 as a part of the Communications team. She supports the fight for religious liberty and case success by aiding in the storytelling of Becket’s clients, producing tactical media that comprehensively translates legal cases, and researching and executing methods of strategically growing audience engagement.
Before joining Becket, Caroline graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor’s degree in American culture studies and minors in political science and communication design. She graduated with honors for the completion of her thesis, which analyzed self-help literature and its ties to deeply-rooted American values. Caroline previously interned at Becket in the summer of 2023 and studied international relations in Switzerland during her time at WashU.
Caroline enjoys exploring DC and the surrounding area via day trips, playing tennis and pickleball, and traveling with family.
Sara Johnson joined Becket in 2018 as a communications assistant. Now as Associate Director of Communications, Sara plays an active role in telling our clients stories, especially in social and digital media.
Before joining Becket, Sara interned at an advertising agency in Salt Lake City. Sara graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in communications, advertising emphasis and a minor in business management. Her capstone research project required conducting demographic research for a global publication to create an online platform for new readers. While at BYU, Sara worked for a BYU Ad Lab, a student-run advertising agency. She also worked as the communications manager for the university library, which under her direction won five social media awards including Best Campaign in 2017.
Sara enjoys traveling and checking national parks off her bucket list.
