Postponed: Hearing in Payne-Elliott v. Archdiocese of Indianapolis Court postpones hearing due to medical reasons

WASHINGTON – The court has postponed a hearing on the Archdiocese of Indianapolis’ case defending its right to provide students with an authentic Catholic education. The hearing was originally scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10th, but has been postponed for medical reasons. The court will reset the case for a hearing at a later date.
