Rich Osborne joined Becket as counsel in 2025. Before joining Becket, Rich served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Rich earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, Rich served as an Executive Editor of the Regent University Law Review and Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Board. He received his B.S. in Government from Evangel University.

Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Yoseline, and also enjoys playing sports and chess.
